Description
Flash is a pair of climbing trousers from Carpe Diem GANG, model XA 00001. The cut is relaxed and straight and the leg stops at the ankle. There are four pockets: two at the sides on hidden zips, one zipped pocket on the thigh, and a patch pocket at the back with CarpeDiemGang embroidered along its opening. The round CDG mark is printed on the opposite leg. The pair photographed here is yellow with black zips and drawcords. Sizes are S, M, L and XL, and the table below gives waist, hip and length in centimetres. The fabric stretches, so read those figures as a guide: a 183 cm / 60 kg build wears S, a 183 cm / 75 kg build wears L. Made in China.

Which size should I pick?
Measure your waist and compare it with the size guide. Between two sizes, take the larger one — high steps make it worth it.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash at 30 °C on a normal cycle, do not bleach, tumble dry on low. Do not dry clean.
Are they for bouldering or for routes?
Both. The waistband has no button and no fly, so nothing digs in under a harness, and the cuffs pull in so they do not block your view of the footholds.
How long are the legs?
They are cropped at the ankle. The figure for each size is in the size guide, in the Length column.
